How to Login Hotbit account【PC】

Visit our website www.hotbit.io and press “Login” on the top right corner, the link will direct you to the login page.

Login via Email

1. Enter your email and password that you specified during registration on the login page.

2. Check "Click to verify".

3. Press “login”.

Now you can successfully use your Hotbit account to trade.

Login via Phone

1. Input country code and phone number.

2. Input the password.

3. Check "Click to verify" and press "login" button.

Now you can successfully use your Hotbit account to trade.

How to Login Hotbit account【APP】

1. Open the Hotbit App you downloaded and tap [Account] in the upper left corner.

2. Tap [Click to Login].

Login via Phone

3. Tap "Please click capcha button". Then, drag the slider to complete the Security Verification puzzle.

4. Tap "Login" button.


Now you can successfully use your Hotbit account to trade.

Forgot Hotbit Password

Don’t worry if you can’t log into the platform, you might just be entering the wrong password. You can come up with a new one.

To do that, click on the "Forgot password?".

In the new window, enter the E-mail or Phone you used during sign-up and check "Click to verify". Then, click the "submit" button.
 
Click "Send" button, Hotbit will send a confirmation email to the email address you entered. A verification code will be included in the email sent to you. Please login your email account, copy the verification code from the confirmation email and paste the verification code into the box below. Then, click "submit" button.

Enter your new password here and click "submit" button.

Thats it! Now you can log into the Hotbit platform using your username and new password.
